Hey, welcome and I hope you enjoyed your first session with me online.
Your homework for this week is Action 1: ·
Go outside on three separate occasions, sunshine, rain (fresh water), and late at night.
·When you are outside stand, sit or lie down and close your eyes.
·With intent take three breaths and think of the colour blue on the in breath and orange on the out breath.
·Keep your eyes closed and record how you feel, try to use all of your senses.
·Allow yourself to go outside of yourself to feel your own energy extending beyond your physical self and try and connect to the energy of nature.
·Open your eyes and take three deep breaths and enjoy the rest of your day once you have recorded what you felt and saw below. Use all your senses.
